    Hi,

    I recently installed the Picu plugin on my site. At the beginning everything was working but for some time the images do not appear any more in the galleries sent to the customers.

    I have completely reset my site but the problem persists

    Do you have an idea to correct this problem?

    Thanks for getting back to us!

    Unfortunately i cannot access the page as it is password protected. Could you send us the password together with the debug info to support AT picu.io ?

    The debug info can be found in the menu picu > Settings > Debug Info. Just copy and paste the whole table into the email and send it to us and we’ll have a look!

    Hi,

    I just found a solution : When my WP installation was in French, the collections do not work anymore, if I put it in English, it works again!

    Hi!

    Thanks for getting in touch. There seems to be an issue with the French translations which is causing an error. That’s why you can’t see the collection.

    We’ll provide a fix as soon as possible.

    I’m having the same issues with my Website (also in French). If it may help, I can tell you this: I had produce a proofing gallery about 2 months ago and it was working (Website was in French at that time also). The issue might be WordPress recent update…

    Hey guys,

    we just released picu version 1.2.1 which should fix the French translation not working.

    The translation was not to blame, we just needed to handle it better. ?? (Various characters are now escaped correctly.)

    Please update to the latest picu version and try again. Let us know if you are still experiencing any issues.
