• Hi,

I am working with the latest version of Cimy User Extra Fields, and am trying to allow the user to upload pictures during registration. I have all the fields set, and the form submits successfuly, however, the pictures do not upload to the server and do not show on the user manager. I have set the permissions to 777 for the Cimy_User_extra_fields folder already.

Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    Things to check:
    1. some file extensions are restricted, checked that?
    2. file size is too big?
    3. file name isn’t standard?

Thank you for the prompt response.

    1. I think everything is allowed. In the settings, the login image is jpg and uploaded successfully to the upload folder.
    2. File is ~75kb – I set the max file size to 20,000KB in the input fields
    3. File name is “drivers_license.png”

Please let me know what else you think I can be. I have spent many hours trying to figure out what the issue might be. Thanks!

Do you have a standard registration page or customized?

The registration page is customized. Thank you for your prompt reply again, after you just reminded me that I should try registration through wp-login.php and it worked fine.

The issue is on mysite.com/my-account/ – I forward all registration queries to this page. I have “enable registration form on account page” for WooCommerce, so it shows the registration form on the page. With that said, do you suggest in tweaks to get it working on the mysite.com/my-account/ page?

As I said in another thread, I never had the time to add support for WooCommerce, I am sorry, you have either to use something else or to avoid uploading files with my plug-in.
