• Hey, I use the plugin and am so happy with it. But there is a problem.
It happens over and over again that the background picture is cut off, if I make general edits on the side (not in the code of the AWB picture). Then, e.g. only 20% of the image is displayed and the rest is white.
    Here’s a link to the screenshot: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1jQRDMegMB_EYi6kWq4_6Itq0_rGzLwNN/view?usp=sharing
The whole lower part, which now appears white, belongs to the picture. If I change the size of the picture then it will work again – until next time I change something else on the website again.
The problem seems to be ONLY with the Safari browser. It works in Firefox!

    Please help!

    THANK YOU!

    Hi.

Could you give me your site URL? I’ll check it.

    Thank you for your answer.
The site isn’t online yet. You have to insert this line into your HOSTS File:

    159.69.22.245 https://www.sportbionier.com

Than you can reach this new site.

    Thank you very much!

I can’t repeat it using Safari (12.0). Tried several times with clear cache.

I can assume that your browser just can’t load an image and render it after page cache cleared when you update the post. But I can’t do anything as I can’t repeat this bug.

Yes you’re right – it is a cache problem. It occurs again and again on different pages. Is a mystery to me how I solve this. But seems to have nothing to do with your plugin. Thank you!

    Hello,

the new site is now online https://www.sportbionier.com
Unfortunately, 3 people have already told me that the images from the AWB plugin are not completely displayed – these are cut. This only occurs in Safari. In Firefox and Chrome browser it seems to work.

    I ask for urgent help!

    Thank you!!

    best regards

Ok, apparently this is a known safari bug.

Could you please update the plugin, for example, that the Parralx is deactivated during Safari or an extra reload takes place on Safari?

    Thank you!

    Hi.

You can disable parallax in plugin options WP Admin Menu > Settings > AWB.

p.s. If you trying to test it in Windows Safari, please don’t, this browser is outdated. Only test it under MacOS.

    Regards, nK.

Many thanks for the answer. I am very satisfied with the plugin and do not want to disable it. It’s just the problem with Safari (on Mac). Could you please tell me how to disable the Parallax Scroll effect on Safari Browser – maybe with an additional CSS code? Then I can enter that and everything is fine. ??

    Thank you!

Just open options, you will see what you are looking for WP Admin Menu > Settings > AWB.
