Picture upload window opens on my computer but not on my clients – why?

  • I am helping a client w/her site – I can use the picture upload window (it opens for me to find the pictures and choose them) but it doesn’t for her – the window doesn’t pop up. Makes me believe the site is fine but perhaps a security setting issue on her computer? Any thoughts? Never ran into this before. Any helpful ideas? ??

  • I’m guessing its a pop up blocker. Nearly everything has a popup blocker bundled these days. Tell her to try is while holding down the ctrl key or shift key. Most pop-up blockers have a way to override them. Good luck.

    Nobody will help me, so I’m going through all the unanswered posts and taking a guess. ?? Figure I can’t bitch about people not helping me, if I don’t try to help someone else.

    Where’s your question posted at? I’ll try to answer it. Popup blocker is the only thing I could think of too, especially since it works fine on my system – can’t be the WP install. Thanks.
