Picture upload not working and datepicker not working

Hi,

I got 2 problems;

Problem 1:
The Date picker for the register form is not working?

Problem 2:
When i go to the user page, i can not change the profile picture and the cover picture.
Also the menu is behind the bar where you can find about, messages, comments.

For the cover photo i get a screen to upload but the upload button is not working.

We switch to a other theme and now these things are not working at all on the other site everything is working.
