Picture upload broken after update!

  • Hello today I updated to the newest version 3.9.0 and with this version my users cannot upload images anymore.

    If I try it, I get a message that there would not be enough memory and I should delete something first. But there are many gigabytes free on my server.

    I now downgraded to Version 3.8.5 and here it works again!

    In the changelog I can read ,,Added validation for uploads when using basic upload”, that looks kind of suspicious…

  • Data upload does not work with 3.9.1 either. Neither image nor PDF

    have made update to 3.9.2 upload still does not work.

    With 3.8.5 no problem,

    So just tested 3.9.5, JPG and PDF are uploading again. But title is not taken over, it is displayed NO NAME. Can also not be edited. After saving again No-Name.
    Custom Post Type taxonomies are also not applied.

    With version 3.8.5 everything works. Since then no longer
