Picture sizes

  • I don’t understand why I can set my preferred image sizes in “settings/catalog” and yet the site ignores them and scales them up.
    I see something about front end still dictated by CSS, so what are these resizing options for then?
    Also, I see that one of the thumbnail images is resizing to 209px and yet that number is not noted in any of the css files.

  • Maybe a theme problem. Test with a stock WP theme such as TwentyThirteen etc.

    If you theme overrides image sizes by forcefully setting a CSS attrib for images then you have to modify CSS.
