Picture size, caption effect

Please help. The plugin is making the image worse instead of better. I purchased pro so I could use a rectangular size, but I used a square image because it wasn’t working. It did the same as below:

The picture is huge, it overlaps the text in the next column, the caption effect only tries to work.

I don’t know how long I can leave the link as is: I need to show client tomorrow.

Other details: Divi theme, wp engine platform.
