Hello, love the plugin have used it on several websites with great success. Although this is the first time were trying to add images to the popup.

The popup works as it always does, but when using the Divi image module to have several images load, we only get a white screen? Go back and add text module it works great?

Suggestions? Should we just use the code module with html?

    Thanks for a great plugin!

    Hi @mr-bass

Thanks for using Popups for Divi and for reporting your issue.

I have tested the Images-Module on a test page myself, and could not reproduce the issue you describe. Here’s a demo Popup with 4 images:

Can you update the plugin to the latest version (1.6.2)? The version 1.6.0 had a JS issue that interfered with Popups in some browsers.

When that does not solve the issue:

    1. You say that you get a white screen. Do you mean, that you do not see any page content (not even the non-popup parts)? If yes: There’s a fatal error on your page, which is documented in your servers error logs. Let me know if this is the case and you need some more tips for debugging it.

    2. When only the Popup is white/empty -> Can you email me with a username/password to view your staging site? Or create a Test-page on the live website which is password protected. I think there might be a conflict with a different plugin. Email is [email protected]

    Thanks, Philipp ??

    Hi @mr-bass

Since I cannot find any problem with pictures inside Popups, I’ll mark this thread as resolved.

In case you still encounter issues that are specific to the Popups for Divi plugin, please let us know here so I can review your specific case and adjust the plugin to handle the case correctly.

    Thanks, Philipp ??
