Picture-Perfect Theme Menu

When I rearrange the order of the menu in this theme it doesn’t change on my website. It stays as I originally set it up. Even if I delete it!! I’ve tried clearing my cache and cookies and using different browsers too. What can I do to rearrange the order? Thanks much.
