Picture Not Showing still occured

Replace it with your current one (first uncheck “Delete popup data” in the Settings section) and recheck the results.

We are going to update the plugin again, so we need to know if this fixes your issue.

Thank you for letting us know about this.
May I ask you to update to the newest 3.61.1 version and check?
In this version, we have implemented fixes of minor glitches that caused that type of errors.

Let us know once you check it.

I can also confirm that we have just updated to version 3.61.1 and the image is not saving correctly. We attempt to create an image type popup and add an image from the media library but after publishing or previewing, we see the default “no image” picture.

That’s really strange.
We have fixed that issue in the 3.61.1 version and the fix has worked for other users who had this problem.
Please, clear the cache on your website, create a new Image popup and try to upload and save the image from scratch.

I did exactly as you said (cleared browser cache, there is no website caching plugin) and tried it with an image that was already in the media library as well as one that I just uploaded, and either way I still get the “no image” result.

Clear cache – clear browser cache – plugin uninstal/reinstal not work for me.

We are sorry for the caused inconvenience.
It is very strange that this doesn’t work on your end as we had positive feedbacks connected with it.
We will give you the fixed version of the plugin which you will need to replace with the old one.
Please follow these steps so that you won’t have the problem anymore:
1. Uncheck this option: https://prnt.sc/q9s73n
2. Delete the free plugin from WP account
3. Download the new plugin from here: https://we.tl/t-NZoQlIxc7d
4. And upload it to your WP account

I notice the version number is quite different. How should we handle future updates to the plugin? Will this bugfix be incorporated into the next regular version of the free plugin?

It is possible that the issue is not fixed in the next update.
