Picture not showing on product page

    The pictures are not showing as you can see on the screenshot.

    Can you fix this trouble please ?

    Hi there,

    It seems your theme or some plugin is lazyloading the images, and it’s creating this conflict.

    We kindly suggest to disable all the plugins except WooCommerce and YITH WooCommerce Frequently Bought Together.
    If nothing changes, try to change your theme to a default WordPress theme.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply but all the plugin installed I need them so I can not disable them and I don’t want to modify my theme neither.
    You should fix the trouble on your side, it is not us (your customers) to modify ours websites for your plugin, it should be the other way.

    I saw several topics with this trouble by the way, so this is recurrent trouble.

    If the trouble is fixed I will buy the plugin and maybe I will buy it for my 4 others websites too…

    Hi there,

    we develop the plugin following all standard WordPress and WooCommerce functions, but we can’t guarantee full compatibility with the entire list of theme and plugins available on web. Sometime a third part plugins or theme adds own functions and create a conflict.

    If disabling one by one your plugin will find what’s causing the issue let us know and we’ll check if any workaround can be applied.
