    Hi,

    I’m sorry for the inconvenience.

The markups are present in the HTML but the favicon files are not available for some reasons. This is strange, the plugin is supposed to fail with an error when something goes wrong.

Right now, I advice you to deactivate the plugin in order to not have the favicon HTML (since they link to files that are not available).

What is your hosting solution? Do you know if there is something special with your /wp-content/upload directory? Maybe you use a CDN of some kind.

So you mean you created the directory /wp-content/uploads/fbrfg/ with all the files inside, and that didn’t work? By the way, from where did you drag the favicon? (does this mean some favicon files were actually in your WordPress site?)

I’m in the process of contacting GoDaddy. But these guys are hard to reach, I have to wait for 10 minutes over the phone ?? I hope they will give me a free account to let me debug this. I was successful with HostGator almost a year ago, let’s hope GoDaddy is as customer friendly. Just in case: could you give me the exact name of the service you subscribed at GoDaddy? (“WordPress hosting”? “VPS”? something else?) This is to get exactly what you have.

Okay, no free stuff for me (but a 45 days return policy I might use ?? ).

How do you host your WP site? Plesk? cPanel? GoDaddy own solution? Plesk is known for being difficult with WP.
