Picture do not show

  • Hi!
    When I try to upload a picture into my blog, all I get is a red X… I have chmod’ed the bilder-folder (the word pictures written in Norwegian…) and the adress to the picture seem to be correct, but no picture is getting uploaded to that folder….

    This, obviously, won’t explain the cause of the problem but have any of you simply tried using FTP to put the images on the server? As opposed to using some sort of integrated upload mechanism?
    I use FTP for everything (except posting blog posts) and I’ve never had a problem. You can get a good free FTP client from cnet.com
    Just my two cents worth.
