    Is the header for your desktop/mobile coming from your theme?
    Try to switch your theme to a default WP theme and see if the headers are the same.

    Hi,

    I regenerated CSS and deleted all my browser cache. I don’t have a wordpress cache plugin. Still nothing changed.

    In twenty nine theme the header picture again changes from desktop to mobile.
