Picture are missing on Facebook page

    Hi,

    I am using WPML to translate products of my customers webstore.
    My language base is french and my translate is english.
    I found how to have only one language to Facebook shop (I want the English one)but some pictures are missing from my products in Facebook shop. I have not duplicated the pictures of products for translations.

    How to get the picture included to the english language version (it works with french version) ?

    Thanks for your time doing a search on the topic.

    So, what Ena shared on that forum topic is still valid. The options to exclude/include products from Facebook sync by language or to sync to different shop pages by language is not a feature of Facebook for WooCommerce. To do this will require customization.

    However, in your case I’d like to take a look at it closer before moving to a conclusion. Do the images show correctly in the WooCommerce store? Can you share screenshots to illustrate the behavior (both from Facebook and WooCommerce)?
