Picture and Video Comments

I am curious to know if there is a way to allow site guests to upload pictures and/or videos (maybe link to videos on YouTube or something) as comments.

It is for a tour and adventure site and we want our guests to upload their tour pictures and videos as comments on the posts of the tours they went on.

Anyone know if this is possible?
