If so then it looks like this is an image set as default for this category or for some page in wp-admin / Pages if you are using taxonomy-advert_category.php template file.

It’s hard to tell without knowing how you have the page setup, but the easiest way to fix it would be to go to wp-admin / Appearance / Customize / Additional CSS panel and add there the code below

body.tax-advert_category .page-thumb {
    display: none !important;
}

Yes it is the right picture.

I haven’t set that image as default anywhere on the website, however I used your css-fix and it works perfectly.
