• I’m running PictPress 1.0 alpha on WP 1.2.2 .

If I try to create a post gallery with a lot of pictures it often just times out. It will create a lot of the individual posts, but doesn’t get through all the pictures, and the gallery post is just empty.

I’ve tried to update the main gallery post by editing it and changing the timestamp and clicking save again, but this only works on the odd occasion and I can’t figure out how I’ve ever got it to work.

If anyone’s figured out how to get the main gallery to run from where it timed out that’d be great! Thanks.

Thanks for your reply zeeg. Nope, all the pictures are taken from a directory on the server and resized and put into individual posts. This does take a while, but there should be some way to resume a timed out gallery.

    Hope someone else can help…

set_time_limit(0) in your script should allow it unlimited execution time
