Pictorico Theme – Blog Home Page Make Post Title Always Visible

I am using the Pictorico theme and I have the home page set to display blog posts. I see on mobile and smaller screen sizes the blog post title is always visible, it does not slide out when you hover over blog post images.

With the nature of my content it makes more sense for the post titles to always be visible.

How do I set it this way for all screen sizes? How do I disable the title hover slide effect, I want the blog post title to always be visible. I am using a child theme and I’ve tried a handful of ideas but nothing that works.
