Pics uploading but not showing in the directory once uploaded

He wrote saying that it looked the issue was resolved, which it isn’t. I replaced the album on the link above with the wordpress gallery, but here is another post with your plugin:

A big blank space where the images should be….

I sent admin login details and have not heard back. Very frustrating.

The Calestial gallery that had been inserted to the mentioned page was an empty gallery, because the file with images had been deleted from the directory of file manager. This is the reason you find a big gap.

Plus you obviously may see the list of errors that are shown in console of the browser, displaying missing images in the directory.

You will need to upload images or the file with those images in the media uploader once again and then upload mentioned images in the gallery once again. This will bring your gallery back and eventually you will lose the gap between videos on the page you provided in the WordPress.com forum.

This is awful. It means that all of the images disappeared at some point (two updates ago) and I did nothing to make that happen. It’s going to take days for me to get all of the images back on to the posts.

I won’t be using your plugin again. The post example I gave was one of many as I was using your plugin to showcase our member products. Terrible.

The images in Photo Gallery cannot be removed by no chance. The only possible way of doing it is checking to remove the image folder when checking the relevant checkbox during uninstalling. This means that even the standard uninstall process does not remove the images. The images in your case have been removed from the folder of images done either by you our any other administrator of your site/somebody who has access to your files. And since this issue is not caused by our plugin, unfortunately we cannot help you out here.

Well, I don’t know what happened. I am the only one working on the site. There was an update from you guys and then the images all showed up as broken links. I’ve put 21 posts in draft form and will work on them to add the images back, around 60 in each collection, over time.

Everything else is working on the site and you may say it’s not caused by your plugin, but others are also reporting images not showing in their galleries, so something is not working on your end.

At any rate, I’m moving on.
