It seems like a solution for just one post, how can you make sure its not gonna happen again for other posts?

It’s the same solution you’ll need to apply to every post that has the same problem.

If you have determined that the source of the tags is the plugin, don’t use the plugin. If you’re not sure it was the plugin you mentioned, and it happens again, then you’ll have to keep looking until you find the source.

Do you know how to remove it?

I don’t know anything about VC. It would appear that the plugin is not active. If you use a plugin that modifies code or installs shortcodes, as VC does, and then deactivate the plugin, the shortcodes still remain in your content. Since there’s nothing to interpret them you see the raw shortcodes. This is probably the biggest drawback to using plugins that generate shortcodes in your content, and many users don’t realize this until they decide they no longer want to use the plugin. There are two ways to remove the shortcodes; programmatically or manually. You could probably write a php script to run through your database and strip out all the VC tags of each post and page content but, if you don’t get it exactly right, you may end up with a corrupt database. The other way is to go through your posts, one at a time, and manually remove the code. You might also check on the VC support page to see if anyone there has a suggestion.
