Pics inserted into post don't show up

  • Hello,

    I am using the default Twenty Fourteen theme (with the Fourteen Extended plugin and the Sequel Child theme) for my site at https://www.youngprodigy.com

    All the featured images show up nicely, but whenever I insert a picture directly into a post or page, that image does not show up. The pic shows up on the back end in my WordPress post editor, but it doesn’t show up for visitors on the front end.

    What’s going on?

    Are you uploading them via the WP Add Media interface?
    They have to be uploaded via the WordPress Add media interface: Go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Media. Enter the desired location in Store uploads in this folder.
