    I have a client website that requires two days prep on all orders.
    
    1. Both delivery and pickup order types are activated and saved. The delivery option gives the correct two days order preparation from date of order, BUT the pickup option gives availability starting at the current day/order. I have 2 days in the Order Preparation Days setting. I have also added 23:45 to each product preparation time to try to force the prep time.
    
    This is a huge problem and we have had to take off/disable all fresh foods for sale on the site until it can be fixed.
    
    2. The delivery option order preparation days counts weekends/closed days as prep days. If someone orders on a Friday, it will allow delivery on Monday. It should be Tuesday or Wednesday, depending on the time of order.
    
    3. I attempted to use WooCommerce Delivery & Pickup Date Time to work around the WPCafe issues. Will I have to disable WPCafe to get the correct delivery/pickup preparation dates? The WPCafe settings override WooCommerce Delivery & Pickup Date Time.?
    
    Unfortunately, I will have to deactivate WPCafe if we can’t fix the lead time problem and pickup order prep not working at all.
    
    We do not use reservations and those settings are off.
    
    I build in WP 6.3.1, Elementor Pro 3.16.1, Woocommerce 8.1.1 and WPCafe 2.2.17.

    Would you please quantify “sprint” in hours and days? How long will it be until it is fixed? This was the main reason I bought the Pro version of the WPCafe plugin. It’s useless to me if it doesn’t work.

We have already informed our development team about the issue, and they are trying to solve it asap. So you have to wait until the next sprint.
