Pickup option – only on some products

Hello,
i have some products which are only available for “pickup” in our store (category A)
and
some products where people can choose between “Pickup” and “delivery” (category B).
I want that the plugin only works based on woocommerce product category – so they only get the plugin option if one product in the cart is category A and not category B.

Is that somehow possible?
