• The new pickup location feature is not bad. I appreciate your hard work, but sometimes less is more. First: Users don’t see the input field, if the ZIP code field is empty. That’s not great, since they simply don’t know that this feature exists. It’s not helpful that this section is at very bottom of the form. Nobody expects such a field below the comments textarea. Second, and more important: If the database is incomplete, it doesn’t work AT ALL.

Take this site, for example: https://www.agoshop.de

Two locations are available for ZIP code 59909. However, after filling in the numbers nothing happens. The database seems to be outdated. This is a major issue, since customers know EXACTLY that these locations exist.

    Can we fix this somehow?

    Hello cutu234

Thank you for contacting Woo support.

I appreciate your feedback about the new location pickup feature.
I am sure your valuable feedback will improve this feature even more.

It would be great if you could submit your feedback and feature request at our portal so it can be added to the process.

When you say the database is incomplete, could you explain this a little bit more? Which database are you referring to and what exactly is it missing?

Do you have a complete address that I can use at checkout on your site?
This will allow me to get a better understanding of the problem at hand.

I look forward to your response. ??

    Best regards.

Thank you very much. I don’t know how Woocommerce gathers the information about the pickup locations. I guess, it’s some kind of external database/API.

You should not need a complete address. But anyway, you can use this one:

    Rathausplatz 1
    59909 Bestwig

A DHL pickup location is available:

However, the input fields remain hidden. User wont’t be able to use this pickup location. That’s far from perfect.

    Hey, @cutu234!

Thanks for the clarification and the screenshot!

Do you mind sharing how did you set up the pick up option? Are you using another plugin to add it? If so, which one?

Can you also please share the System Status Report which you can find via WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support, so we can take a look?

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Have a wonderful day!
