Pickup Delay

Hello
i can’t find the exact settings i want :
the customers have to order before 6PM day1, to be able to pickup next day (day2) (from 10AM)

For this i entered 16hours of time pickup delay. (with pickup times from 10AM to 7PM)

So this means if someone orders before 6AM (day 1) he can pickup after 10AM day2.
But if he orders in the site for example at 11PM day 1, he will be able to select pickup on day 2 from 3PM.

i would like my settings to be : every order made on day 1 after 6PM, will have to be pickup up on day 3 from 10AM. Orders on day 2 are only posible for orders before 6PM.

Is that posible ?
