Pickup address & instructions not appearing in email

    Hello, the pickup instructions are not appearing on the ready to pick up or ordered email.

    I enabled both ready to pickup or picked up email. Also went in and edit the info for pickup. I am not using a custom email. But the instruction is not showing in the email.
    Please help!

    Hi @joyeejoyee,

    Can you make sure the Processing order email, Order received page, Customer account > order history > order details page is enabled in the general plugin setting?

    yes, it is all enabled.
    And there is still no instruction at the ready to pick up email.
    What can I do? thanks

    We could not replicate this issue, in the local pickup display customizer it shows Ok? are you using custom email templates? maybe you override the template and removed the hooks?

    I have the same probem.
    I am using custom e-mail templates but not for the Ready to Pickup and Picked Up e-mails. In the local pickup display customizer it does not display the table at all.

    Make sure you selected a local pickup order for preview.
