Pickup Address and Emails

Hi,

There are extra characters in the pickup location address: a comma and space are added to the beginning of some lines, see here.

The Pickup Instruction section in the status emails looks good on the web and in the Gmail app but not so great in Outlook. As seen here you’ll notice the spacing does not match the email style.

The Pickup and Order sections are too close together and cellpadding is lacking. Both could be remedied by using the same style/structure as the WooCommerce template. Outlook does not render divs well, it only respects tables.
