Picklist Controlling Fields and Conditional Dropdowns

    I have Picklist of with another Controlling Field Picklist in Salesforce… League and than different Sports Teams based on the League selected.

    If someone chooses NBA, a list of all the NBA Teams becomes available on the Lead edit page. If someone selects MLB, all of the MLB teams become available.

    What is the best way to set this up in Gravity Forms? A Conditional Dropdown for Teams based on a Dropdown for League will send the same data to SF no matter the selection as the Parameter Name is the same for all of the Conditional Dropdowns.

    I really need to figure this out for a client project in the next couple of days.

    Version 2.2.2 has functionality that will get you almost there…you’ll need to have conditionals set up so that you show or hide picklists based on the selection.

    Play around with the new version and let me know how that works.
