Picked email does not alow links and HTML

  • It looks like all those links and images I have added to the email body are not displayed. This email looks like a plain text email.

    I am always using HTML and inline CSS to style all transactional emails (the default WooCommerce emails and also emails from other plugins, even from your plugins for shipping) and that works with all other emails, except with this one.

    Could you please take a look at this and fix it in the next update?

    Which email does not allow HTML and links? Do you use any email customizer plugins in your store?

    Yes, I am using Kadence email customizer. But this works beautifully for all emails including those from Advanced Shipment tracking and from Trackship, which are also your plugins.

    Only this email is “problem”.

    Hi! Yes. I am always using latest version of any plugin. For this plugin, that is version 1.5.4.

    We checked the issue with the Kadence email customizer and it’s worked.
    Can you please check the issue once without Kadence email customizer? And let me know it work or not.
