Pick from Existing Client

    I noticed that when I am logged in as an admin and want to create a ticket for a customer of mine, that I cannot select my customer or start typing in their information and select them from a drop down list like in WP Support Plus. Can you add that feature in to allow me to pick the customer when creating the ticket as an admin?

    Hello @nesskur000,

    It is already available. When you try to create ticket logged-in as administrator or an agent, you can change Name and Email. While typing name and email, you will get autocomplete suggestions too for existing users!
