  • Hi cloompro is this the first time you install and use this plugin?

    If not, did you by any chance upgrade any plugin or theme? Can you disable all your other plugins except this one and carry out a test?

    To display a popup Photonic adds some HTML elements at the end of your page using JavaScript. It is adding the elements, however they seem to be getting added at the wrong place. This is likely due to a conflict with another plugin.

    i have try to deactivate all plugin and left this plugin, but it seems the same and problem not fixed.

    @cloompro can you test one of WordPress default themes like Twenty Fourteen?
