Piano Black 2.2 and Intensedebate Comments – bad formatting

I was sent an e-mail complaining about the layout of my blog and realized that it was a problem with Piano Black 2.2 Theme and IntenseDebate Enhanced Comment Links. It generates a kind of pop-up that breaks the layout.
Can this be fixed without changing the “Comment Link” back to WordPress Standard Comment Links?
