Physical product allow downloadable automatically

I’ve been scratching my head at this.
When a user buys a physical product (which is also a subscription) from me, I’d like them to be able to have access to a short PDF paper.
However, the only way I found to do this is to manually go into WooCommerce > Subscriptions > Orders and edit the order to allow a downloadabe product (the PDF paper).
Is there a way to allow a user to download the PDF paper upon subscribing to my physical product?
P.S.: I’m using the WooCommerce Subscriptions addon.
