Phrase change to translate – impossible?

    Hello, there is a sentence that I do not see how to change or translate it that is in English and that I must put in French. Can you help me ? Here is the sentence “NOTE: These settings are only currently being applied to the browser.”

    Exemple page d’accueil du site : https://www.resultatsplusgroupe.com/
    In “My sesstings”

    also how to translate the “my settings” and “save my settings” buttons ?

    I hope this helps. The only term which I wasn’t sure about was the transalation of

    browser – navigateur

    but I think it’s correct.
