• Hi!

For some reason php.fileman snuck inside the theme folker for our client. It ate bandwith like no tomorrow on the host and our clients site got disabled.

We’re just the people installing the theme and doing the necessary customizations, everything beyond that is alien to us. The host told us to delete everything, database included and make new ones. We know nothing of databases and it is scary to delete the database.

Our site includes Woocommerce, there’s a lot of orders and clients, how can we salvage that information?
Do php.fileman effect the database? Do we have to delete everything to be safe?

Thank you so much in advance!
