  • Woke up this morning and my site was down. Error log shows:

    [Sun Jun 02 13:07:25.216355 2019] [autoindex:error] [pid 4783] [client 34.229.141.32:32074] AH01276: Cannot serve directory /nas/wp/www/sites/joebaker/wp-includes/css/: No matching DirectoryIndex (index.html,index.cgi,index.pl,index.php,index.xhtml,index.htm) found, and server-generated directory index forbidden by Options directive

    WPEngine support said there is a problem with a theme. Currently attempting to restore my site from 5/28, prior to the latest Customizr update. Anyone else having issues with the latest update?

  • Hi Joe,

    Could you please make a quick test by enabling the default WordPress Twenty Nineteen theme or any other and see if the issue is still there. If the issue is only related to the customizer theme then I will go into the further procedure and provide you with a detailed response.
