PHP7 Compatibility – “progress bar” during scan, and “progress details”

During a scan, which can take a while, there is just the rotating icon.

It would be handy to have a progress bar, with estimated time to go (and estimated time of completion).

There could be an option to see “details” of which plugin is presently being scanned.

The re could be an option to see a list that looks very similar to the plugins listing, that has a coloured bar going down the page to show which plugins have been scanned, another colour for the plugin which is being currently scanned, and a colour for success/warning/alert for each plugin that has been scanned.

This would help the user feel confident that the system has not hung, and can take an interest in the process while it is happening.
