PHP7 Compatibility – Greylist feature to save scan time

Grey list feature
A grey list feature can be used for the “grey area” scan detections.
The scan may report possible errors.
The scan can also use the detection of code segments that are typically used for detecting the version PHP to use for the plugin.
The scan can also use the detection of file names that are typically used for using variations of code depending on the version PHP.So if there is an alarm, but the detection code is found, then the code can be treated as “possibly not so alarming”.
The user can be encouraged to find out if the plugin is fully compatible, and then get it added to the white list.
