    Thanks. Marking this issue Resolved so that anyone searching the support forum can see that it has been addressed.

    Now that 4.3 is out in the wild, is there any plan to release the fix for this?

    For me following works like a charm;

    It seems following file: login-with-ajax-widget.php has it on line 16.
    I changed parent::WP_Widget(false, with parent:: __construct(false,.

    But I am absolutely not a developer I just searched for a (possible) solution.

    v3.1.5 fixes this.

    We were aware of this for a while now before 4.3 came out, but I think there was a mixup where we thought it was fixed but was actually in a dev version, hence the delay.

    @another-webmaster your fix is exactly what needed to be done ??
