PHP Warning when saving article after pasting image url

    Hi,
    I just tried your plugin and once I tried saving an article after pasting an external link to the featured image, it crashed with the following warning:

    Warning: basename() expects parameter 2 to be string, array given in [path-to-wp]/wp-content/plugins/wp-remote-thumbnail/wp-remote-thumbnail.php on line 97

    Probably it is because the link points to a CDN (cloudinary) and contains commas (dunno why, but it does)…

    I would have tried digging in the code and fixing this myself but I’m extremely busy at the moment, trying to catch up with a deadline…
