Do you have the remove /product-category/ enabled from SEO, Advanced settings, Advanced tab?

What are your permalinks settings (settings, permalinks)?

Not using WPML

Yes, remove product-category/ is enabled

permalink stucture is custom /category/post-name

Can you paste a screenshot of your Permalinks settings please?

OK we have identified the bug.

It seems using a / in the product-category field is the issue.

We’ll fix this for our next update.
