This isn’t PHP 7.1 specific. Somewhere in your code you have a call to
add_action( '...', 'new_cf7_loader' );but haven’t definednew_cf7_loader()anywhere. The only reference on the web tonew_cf7_loader()on the web that I could find was this tutorial: https://www.johnparris.com/prevent-contact-form-7-from-loading-on-every-page/ Have you followed this recently?
