    Hi ThemeIsle,

    When activating PlumBelt Lite I get a PHP warning:

    Notice: tgmpa was called with an argument that is deprecated since version 2.4.0! Theparent_url_slugconfig parameter was removed in TGMPA 2.4.0. In TGMPA 2.5.0 an alternative was (re-)introduced. Please adjust your configuration. For more information visit the website: https://tgmpluginactivation.com/configuration/#h-configuration-options. in E:\UwAmp\www\themeisle\wp-includes\functions.php on line 4022

    I’m using PHP 7.1.1 on Windows 10. Obviously it is just a warning, but I thought you would want to know.

    Thanks,

    David

  • Hi David,

    Thanks for reporting this issue to us. I’ve added it to our development logs and we’ll fix it in an upcoming release of the theme. Thank you. ??

    @hardeepasrani You may want to update the included version of TGMPA while you are at it.

    Pro-tip: If you download a fresh copy of TGMPA using the Custom TGMPA Generator and choose “www.remarpro.com” as distribution channel, it will serve you with a customized download of TGMPA which will pass the Theme Check rules (text-domain and such).

    AS per theme review guidelines, you aren’t supposed to change the text-domain for a third-party script. So that won’t be truly passing the review. ??

    @hardeepasrani The Custom TGMPA Generator was created based on feedback from the theme review team and using it is now required if you include TGMPA in your theme.

    I’m a part of the Theme Review Team, but it’s been a while since I was involved in the meetings so maybe it has changed now. I’ll confirm it with the team and fix it in an upcoming release. Thanks for the info. ??

    @hardeepasrani Please do check ??
    Previously theme authors were softly encouraged to change the text domain what with the “max two text domain” limit, which led to a lot of search & replace errors which were causing fatal errors for end users.
    The availability of Glotpress to all themes has also played a role in this, so that’s how we ended up with the Custom TGMPA Generator.

    Hey,

    Didn’t see the message before. Yup, you were right. I checked then in the archives. ??

    Warning: Invalid argument supplied for foreach() in C:\wamp64\www\wordpress\wp-content\themes\showcase-lite\inc\extras.php on line 73
