PHP Warning: ksort()

@seregawaw, @tooni, @vojcha, @justillon, @evster, @burlyqlady, @arnisarbidans, @lace, @megrisoftltd, @regme, @ram108, @kwgainey, @lighterdayzyahoocom, @seregawaw heres a bugfixed version of the file https://gist.github.com/pcfreak30/3cc7afb94fd1070c9e1c6bc6f9dfc10f. I cleaned up how it worked so it is future proof against any further changes to the hook system. The old method was quite shitty really, and this was only a few lines of code vs ripping out core for a 3 line hack.
