    Hi There,

    We are having an issue with a PHP error we would like to solve.
    Could you take a look at this?

    Hi @stanonline,

    From what I can read from the error logs that you shared with us, the issue could be that the package_type is empty within our plugin. If you head over to our plugin and select Default Export settings. On this page, you can enter a shipping method that will connect with a package_type, such as package or mailbox.
