    Our website with the latest WordPress core (WP 6.2.2) and up to date plugin “shopkeeper-extender” version 2.8 is reporting a PHP error. We are running PHP 8.1.21, but the same error was recorded with the earlier shopkeeper-extender plugin when we were running PHP 8.0.29. The developer notes / claims compatibility with PHP 7.4.1 or higher.

    The error message from our website’s error log reads:

    ###### [21-Jul-2023 11:14:45 UTC] PHP Warning: Undefined property: stdClass::$link_title in /home/XXXXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/shopkeeper-extender/includes/social-media/class-social-media.php on line 522 ######

    Hi, go to Appearance > Customize > Social Media and open one of the social media dropdowns. You will see a field called “Link Title”. Enter a title and click “Publish”. Later you can delete this title, if you don’t want it, but do the above just so that the “Publish” button becomes active and you can click it.

    After you press the “Publish” button, that warning should disappear forever.

    Cheers!
