PHP Warning Error

I’m getting the follow in the error_log file in my wordpress installation:
PHP Warning: parse_url(https:///) [function.parse-url]: Unable to parse URL in /*MY PLUGINS FOLDER*/wordpress-https/lib/WordPressHTTPS.php on line 241
Anyone has an idea what could be the problem? Is it a PHP version issue?
