    Hey there,

    Thanks for letting us know!

I did some searching and there haven’t been many other reports of this issue – to help you out more, I’d like some more information.

When you say “in the log”, which log do you mean?

Could you please share a copy of your site’s System Status? You can find it via WooCommerce > Status. Select “Get system report” and then “Copy for support”.? Once you’ve done that, paste it here in your response. Feel free to remove identifying info such as the site’s URL.

I got that in the PHP error log.
I get that everyday so I think that is something around the cron.

I checked the code and opened an issue on github as it is clearly a bug in the code that doesn’t expects exceptions: https://github.com/woocommerce/facebook-for-woocommerce/issues/2045

Great to see that you’ve reported it. That will be where the devs will followup with regards to this with you.

I’m going to mark this thread resolved on our end, as they are now tracking it in GH.

    Thanks!
